Shipping Policies
With a focus on rich flavor and fresh texture, we only accept nationwide orders when we can ensure they arrive in good shape and maintain their quality. In that sense here are some important points to keep in mind when ordering nationwide:
1.- Our standard shipping day is Tuesday afternoon, and we utilize the services of USPS and/or UPS for all shipments. Costs & Delivery Times depend only on shipping companies policies and tariffs. These tariffs are under no circumstances part of the product's prices or local delivery rates published on our website and MiskyBites has no way to modify them.
2.- Customers can anticipate delivery of their orders between Wednesday and Saturday, with potential delivery extending to the following Monday in some cases.
3.- MiskyBites can't guarantee the products arrive in good conditions as it depends mostly on the shipping methods offered by the aforementioned shipping companies and potential external unexpected issues.
4.- In search of reducing or minimizing the shipping process impact in our products and to preserve the good quality and freshness of them being shipped long distance nationwide (non local delivery), MiskyBites may add surcharges for extra shipping materials (thermal, shock protection and/or containers, etc) which typically is less than but not limited to $10 on top of the online published prices for local delivery.
5.- MiskyBites assumes no responsibility for delays in delivery or the return of items resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses. Furthermore, MiskyBites is not liable for packages marked as "delivered" that are subsequently lost. Any shipments returned due to address errors will be subject to additional reshipment fees.
6.- Shipping costs will not be reimbursed for delays caused by the closure of delivery locations or refusal of access to the delivery site.
7.- Please be advised that estimated delivery times do not include potential delays due to adverse weather conditions or high shipping volumes experienced by the used carriers.
